Pricing
All prices on our website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZ$). All prices are correct at time of publication, but we may alter prices at any time for any reason.
If you are completing a transaction from outside of New Zealand and are unsure of exchange rates, check the rates before placing your order.
If you use a credit card registered outside New Zealand, the card issuer determines the total based on the exchange rate at the time your card is charged. They may also charge a fee for currency conversion, so if you are unsure check with them before placing your order.
As purchaser, you will bear any risk of currency fluctuations.
Refunds
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we will gladly refund you via your original method of payment, less shipping costs.
Please make sure the item is not:
a) altered or dirty;
b) damaged after purchase;
c) purchased on sale;
as we cannot accept returns in these circumstances.
All returned items will need to be sent back to us within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt and reason for the return. Return shipping will be at your own expense and shipping and handling on these returns are non-refundable.

Addressing
If a product is found to be mis-addressed by Bateman Books then Bateman Books shall be responsible for the re-delivery, replacement or refunding of the product. If the customer is found to have given an incorrect or insufficient address, then Bateman Books will not refund or resend the product and all responsibility for correcting delivery will be borne by the customer.
Please note that we only deliver to a street address. We are not able to deliver to a PO Box.
Cancelling orders
Bateman Books reserves the right to cancel orders that we believe to be fraudulent or constitute a mis-use or a promotional or marketing activity or where an error has occurred including but not limited to errors relating to pricing.
